As the Earth awakens from its long winter slumber, a vibrant new life breathes into my wardrobe. Though I'm not quite ready to reveal much of my winter white skin quite yet, the colorful riot of this knee-length dress says it all. Electric hues bleeding onto white, like spring's flamboyant arrival, erasing the bleakness of winter.
This dress would look amazing with an ADA wrap belt!
